Register to start classes at Flip 2 It with NO RISK! If you are not 100% satisfied at the end of your child's first class, we will refund you in full on the same day.
There is a $15 Ninja Zone Fee (this is not a Gym Registration Fee) as well as Ninja Zone requires a uniform. Tuition will be refunded as well as the $15 Fee for Ninjas, However, we cannot refund the uniform fee.
Each student, 5 & up is "Skill Tested and Approved". Level 1 - 8's will automatically Skill Test every 12 weeks If your child is ready to promote to the next level, your child will receive a Medal as well as a Certificate at the end of the class with instructions on how to look for a new class (unless the full class moved up one level). The front desk will be able to help you find a new class or you can go online and sign up for the next level . If your child needs more progress in their current level, the coach will have that information as well as a skill sheet for you at the end of that day. Your coach will be able to help your child through the next 12 weeks to prepare for the next testing.
All students under 5 are advanced based upon age, not skill. Check out the different age categories on our website.
We reserve your child's spot in their specific class; this means that tuition is based on enrollment and NOT on their attendance. We understand that life happens, children get sick, etc. If needed, we allow customers to do make-ups for the class they miss. However, make-up classes are NOT guaranteed, due to limited class space. Flip 2 It also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any make-ups.
Make ups must be scheduled by the customer online through the parent portal. Visit www.flip2itsportscenter.com and click on the make-up button to access your account. Refunds will not be given for any missed classes to include holidays. Make-ups CANNOT be rescheduled (we do not allow make-ups for make-ups). If your child is dropping, all make-ups need to be completed before their final day. We do not add make-ups onto the end of cancellation period.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold your spot. You will need to log in to your account and process a “Drop Request”. When you are ready to re-enroll, you can do this up to one week prior to the day want to return. If you are in a Ninja class, you will not have to repay your Ninja enrollment fee when you return as long as its within 1 year from original sign up.
You will be automatically enrolled in the class you signed up for until you give a 30 day cancellation.
Members wishing to drop from any classes must notify Flip 2 it Sports Center 30 days prior to their last day. Make ups must be scheduled within the 30 days. If you need to drop to a medical reason please call the office immediately so we can work something out with you.
Almost all students will begin at level 1 if they are new to gymnastics. However, our mission at Flip 2 it Sports Center is to provide the best gymnastics to every child at their level. If your child has had previous gymnastics or tumbling experience you may schedule a free placement evaluation. Please contact the office for scheduling.

How to register for a class
Our office staff is available Monday through Saturday to answer all of your registration questions! Students can start classes at any point as long as there is space availability in the class that you are interested in.
Flip 2 It runs year around in 4 week sessions. Once enrolled, your student will be automatically re-enrolled and auto-payment charged every 4 weeks until we receive a 30 day Written Cancellation notice. Flip 2 It requires all customers to have a credit or debit card on file for auto-payment purposes. We will email an invoice to you the week before the new 4 week session starts.
You may pay your tuition online during this week, however, payments not received by the first Monday of the session will be charged to the credit card on file. Any payments made after the first week of the billing session will incur a $10.00 late fee.
Please keep in mind that your tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. These 4 class spots will be held for you, whether you are here or not, until you give a 30-Day Cancellation Notice or if you have a past due balance. If your tuition is past due for 30 days we will submit an automatic 30 Day Cancellation. Payment for the preceding 4 classes is still required if an automatic drop is initiated. A 30 day cancellation notice needs to be given in writing by email or by filling our cancellation form which is located in front office).

Flip 2 It Sports Center offers both JO and XCEL team programs. Team is by invite only. If your child is interested, please speak to the office about the different programs and options available. The office will provide the team manager with your information.
