Gymnastics

Engage in gentle exercises, sensory activities, and interactive play to support your baby's motor development. Join us for a fun and stimulating experience that fosters early coordination and strength. This class is offered Free and does require reservations ahead of time. This class will be scheduled for the last Thursday of every month from 3:15-3:45pm. Have older siblings? Not a problem, we will have a Open play class available for any sibling under 5 years. Cost is $10.00.

Our parents participation gymnastics program, new walkers to 3 1/2 years old, offers a variety of fun for your child while working to build fundamental strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Enjoy friendships, gain confidence, love movement, learn how to listen and grow their brain with music and master independence. Develop fantastic gymnastics skills through fun play.

Our recreational gymnastics program, ages 5 to 7 and 8 & up, can lay the groundwork that will help your child become a successful gymnast and/or athlete. Flip 2 it offers more levels then any other gym, 8 to be exact. Having more then just 4 levels gives kids a chance to be more aware of their skill progression and to earn more medals which creates more confidence in their ability’s.

Our Adaptive Special Needs Gymnastics class offers a supportive environment tailored for individuals with diverse abilities. Participants engage in activities promoting flexibility, strength, and coordination, fostering both physical and social development. Our experienced instructors customize class to accommodate varying needs, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all. Join us for a program that celebrates diversity and encourages personal growth in fun gymnastics setting. Each student will need a parent or aid to assist during all classes.

The USA Gymnastics Xcel program was developed as an alternative competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.

Join the adventure! We're looking for energetic kids aged 7 and up to be a part of our acro team. Show off your skills and have a blast at our tryouts every Monday in July. The entry fee is just $45, so come flip, twist, and soar with us!
